Week 2 Exploration: Personal SWOT Analysis

Hi Class,

The SWOT exercise is a great way to stop and take inventory of what you really bring to a position. It is not always easy to look at your weaknesses or "brag" about your strengths (for some of us). Sitting down and writing these is a great foundation before writing your resume or cover letter. It can organize your thoughts and really help you highlight your strong points.
