I Like JStokes and the team environment they seem to promote. Even if you are working on a solo project the company is small enough that the rest of the team is encouraged to help. They seem to be growing steadily and are pushing for a greater online presence.

change my last one. After researching the Tzu Chi Foundation I found nothing to
connect them to the original posted ad. In the ad they claimed to be an up and
coming film Production Company, but the website is for a Buddhist non-profit
monastery. It looked like they had no media program.
